Job Description

We are looking for a smart and ambitious designer to take over all aspects of branding and design at ether.fi. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have a hands-on role and a broad scope of responsibilities. As the company continues to grow, the opportunity to manage a full design and user testing team will be available.

Job Responsibilities:
The role includes managing Company sites on WordPress, designing Dapps UI/UX, branding, and social media.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience and experience of working in a design ownership role at a tech startup. They should have experience working with crypto startups, designing UI/UX, conducting user testing, customer development, possessing illustration skills, and being proficient in Figma, Adobe suite, and Maze. Additionally, knowledge of HTML/CSS and Javascript would be an added advantage.

Compensation:
The role offers a base salary of $100 – $120k with equity, depending on the candidate’s experience.
